We take children’s safety very serious. We have qualified play inspectors on our team who are able to inspect your playground and ensure that it adheres to all recommended safety regulations. The current Standards adopted by the play industry are EN:1176 (play equipment) and EN:1177 (safety surfacing). This service can also be used for your existing playground and our play inspectors can provide you with suggestions for improvement. The play inspectors in our team are trained to check the play equipment and surfaces so that you can be assured your completed playground meets all safety regulations.
Ideally your playground will be inspected annually to look at minor and major wear and tear. We work with an independent play inspector who is able to carry out a detailed inspection and give advice.
By using a qualified and registered RPII Annual Inspector, you can be in no doubt that all legal requirements as to insurance and up to date training practices have been met.
This Play Inspection Service is an independent organisation free from any form of bias to conduct and use the necessary EN standards to carry out play area inspections, assign a risk assessment to all items and generate an overall site risk. Please contact us for further information.
